A complex financial product, an audience that needs clarity

Credit products tend to be confusing: lots of rules, jargon, and steps that create insecurity. IndicaFácil had to serve a broad audience — from CLT workers looking for extra income to influencers and business partners — who aren't always familiar with the financial world. Before designing a single screen, I started with a competitor benchmark, which helped me understand who these users are, what the market already offered, and how a referral flow should work from start to finish.

A guided flow, from sign-up to PIX

Building on the research, I designed an experience that breaks the journey into simple, transparent steps — built to work equally well on mobile and desktop.

1

Frictionless sign-up

Create an account in a few steps, with minimal friction.

2

Guided referral

Refer for yourself or share with others, always with a clear next step.

3

Tracking + PIX

Real-time status for every referral, and commission paid out via PIX.

Key screens & features

Simple sign-up

Fast onboarding in just a few steps.

Guided referral

A clear journey to refer and share.

Real-time dashboard

Track the status of every referral.

PIX payout

Commission transferred quickly and securely.

Multi-platform

A development-ready design, delivered in 3 months

After 3 months, we delivered a complete, consistent design for both platforms. Every section of the app was handed off to the developers through an organized handoff, with flows and screens ready for React Native implementation. The process was deeply iterative and collaborative: I got direct feedback from the product owner and the devs, tracked progress in Jira, and refined design decisions alongside a great project manager. It was my first opportunity to work on a financial product — and to apply UX in a context that demands both clarity and trust.
